Hence, retired MMA star Chael Sonnen spoke about McGregor and Cejudo’s online back and forth. Sonnen also spoke about how Cejudo has found immense success as a coach. However, he also pointed out ‘Triple C’ was successfully getting under people’s skin.
He used Cejudo’s interaction with Petr Yan on social media as an example. In addition to this, Sonnen said, “There was a great line said by Eminem. He said ‘Will Smith doesn’t have to curse to sell albums but I do, so f-him and f-you too.’ But he made a good point, but not about himself. It was about Will Smith.”

He thus used the rapper and Will Smith’s feud as an example.
“Will could go out and do anything. He could sing, he could dance, he could act. He could bring in massive crowds and he never had to stoop to do it. I don’t want Henry to stoop. This is a playful angle, he’s got everybody firing back and now all weight classes are fair.”

Is Henry Cejudo versus Conor McGregor possible?
While both ‘The Notorious’ and Cejudo have taken digs at each other, a fight between them might be difficult to materialize. After all, McGregor has extensively fought in the lightweight division. In his recent pictures, he was seen quite huge and bulked up. So it wouldn’t be surprising if he decided to return to the 170 pounds weight class.

Cejudo on the other hand has fought in the flyweight and bantamweight divisions and has been the champion. He has expressed the desire to come out of retirement for the featherweight title. While McGregor has been the featherweight champion, the division does not seem to interest him anymore.
