Cody Garbrandt can be a future Hall of Famer. Retired UFC legend Chael Sonnen believes that ‘No Love’ has the potential to become a Hall of Famer in the future. Garbrandt returned to the bantamweight division and fought against Trevin Jones at UFC 285. Garbrandt came back and proved that he is still strong enough to beat a tough fighter. After the three-round fight, ‘No Love’ emerged victorious via unanimous decision.
Now he is all set to fight against Mario Bautista at UFC 292. The bout is set to take place on August 19, 2023, at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Ohio native’s last victory was a great relief to his fans, as it was his second win in his last seven appearances. Even though Garbrandt’s current record stands at thirteen victories and five losses, Sonnen believes that ‘No Love’ has great potential and can be a Hall of Famer.
