Green is one of the most entertaining people on the UFC roster. He always enters the octagon with the purpose of putting on a show, and he never disappoints. ‘King’ has been a part of the promotion since 2013. He made his professional MMA debut in 2008 and was picked up by the UFC five years later. And it seems like he won’t be leaving them anytime soon. The organization helped him through a rough time and he will always be loyal to them.
During the UFC 271 media day, he said, “My brother that died, I didn’t have enough money to pay for his funeral. The UFC paid for that. That’s why I’m so loyal to them. They were doing things for me that no company has ever did.”

“They put the money in for my brother’s funeral and they took care of that, so I will always be loyal to them and thankful, thank you, Dana, thank you, Sean, for everything you have done.” – he added.
Green has fought 17 times in the UFC and has a 9-7-1 record. He last entered the octagon at UFC 268 and put on a dominant show against Al Iaquinta. Now, he will return to action at UFC 271 against Nasrat Haqparast.

It will also feature a huge heavyweight clash between Derrick Lewis and Tai Tuivasa. Middleweight contenders Derek Brunson and Jared Cannonier will also go head-to-head in a fight that is sure to have title implications. The main card will kick off with the fight between Bobby Green and Nasrat Haqparast. Green is coming off an impressive win, but the same cannot be said about Haqparast.
