His opponent Michael Chandler had also recently teased his involvement in the card, and as such, McGregor’s comments indicate that the UFC and Dana White may finally have a marquee fight to feature on the landmark event!

If McGregor indeed secures a spot on UFC 300, it could elevate the landmark event to unprecedented heights, creating anticipation and buzz within the MMA community. While also acknowledging the speculation about rankings and the impact of a win on their respective standings, Chandler emphasized that his primary focus is settling the score with McGregor. He stated, “I want battlegrounds of epic proportions, I want to stand in the cage with that man, I want to break that man’s will…”
