Dana White handled one of the biggest MMA stars when he promoted Khabib Nurmagomedov under the UFC banner. The Dagestani star has one of the most coveted legacies in all of combat sports. ‘The Eagle’ left a lasting impact on the world before his retirement in 2020. His persona and dominance in the cage have inspired many fighters from his home, Dagestan, to pursue a career in combat sports. The undefeated UFC star had several highlight reel moments and catchphrases. In fact, some of them are so popular that even tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg used one of those in his reply to Elon Musk.

The last thing the world expected to see would be a cage match between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. As surprising as it is, that is the talk of the town today. Twitter owner Elon Musk does active rounds on the bird app, posting witty tweets now and then. He responded to a user’s tweet about Meta developing a competitor for Twitter. When another user mentioned the Meta CEO’s recent Jiu-Jitsu exploits, Musk tweeted, “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol.”

This little shenanigan blew up after Zuckerberg shared a screenshot of the tweet on his Instagram story with the words “send me location.” Fight fans, especially MMA fans, are all too familiar with this iconic catchphrase from Khabib Nurmagomedov. This epic reply from Zuckerberg caught the attention of Dana White, who referred it to Nurmagomedov.

‘The Eagle’ responded by re-sharing White’s story on his own IG with the words “Dagestan” and an open palm emoji. Looks like, Zuckerberg asked for a location from Musk and got a response from Nurmagomedov himself. Zuckerberg has been in the news recently after his surprise appearance at Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. What’s more impressive is that he won medals in his maiden competition. He received praise from several prominent figures in the MMA community, including Israel Adesanya and Conor McGregor.

Now Zuckerberg has the attention of another all-time great, Khabib Nurmagomedov. Perhaps the 34-year-old sent the location as an invitation for Zuckerberg to train. Although, the former UFC champion has distanced himself from mainstream MMA, could he help Zuckerberg with his grappling skills?
