“Bang bang! #UFCVegas47,” Marc Raimondi wrote in amazement.

“Hit him with that bang bang  #UFCVegas47,” a fan exclaimed.

“Chidi Njokuani def. Marc-Andre Barriault by TKO at 0:16 of Round 1. This was the perfect way for Njokuani to make his promotional debut, and he is riding his longest win streak since losing to Koreshkov at Bellator 182. #UFCVegas47,” a fan mentioned Njokuani’s achievements.

“Chidi Njokuani vs. Alex Pereira has to happen at some point,” a fan had an interesting matchup in mind.

“Banger after banger at #UFCVegas47,” fans praised the fight card.

Njokuani went into the fight after landing a UFC contract in week 2 of the latest season of Dana White’s Contender Series. He did not disappoint as he lit up the Apex with a 16-second finish, i.e. one of the fastest finishes in the history of the UFC.

His debut feat came second only to Mark Weir, who holds the fastest knockout record by a debutant middleweight at UFC. ‘The Wizard’ had set this record when he finished his opponent, Eugene Jackson, in only 10 seconds at UFC 38.
