The second fight on the main card of UFC Vegas 46 will be a lightweight bout. The fight will be between two UFC prospects, Dakota Bush and Viacheslav Borshchev.

Bush is the more experienced fighter between the two. He started his MMA journey in 2016 and made an amazing start. ‘Hairy’ won his first four professional fights and looked to be on the rise. But lost his fifth fight against Bryce Logan. He was 8-2 in his career when signed by the UFC and made his debut on UFC on ESPN 22. Bush put on a great fight but lost via a unanimous decision. He’ll look to turn his fortunes around and get the first win in the promotion under his belt.

Borshchev will make his debut in the UFC this Saturday. The Dana White’s Contender Series alumni made a statement in his outing. ‘Slava’ after a close first round, landed a huge left hook which knocked his opponent Chris Duncan out.

That performance helped him get a contract from the UFC. He is currently on a three-fight win streak and will look to continue his winning way.

Borshchev made his professional MMA debut in 2019 and has already fought six times. His current record is 5-1.

UFC Vegas 46: Dakota Bush vs. Viacheslav Borshchev

Both men will enter the fight looking to make a statement. Bush is a well-rounded fighter. He is good on his feet and can trouble his opponents on the mat as well. Out of his eight career wins, two have come via TKO and four via submission. ‘Hairy’ will look to get back on winning track and will have a four and a half inch reach advantage.

Borshchev is an out-and-out striker. He will not go into the fight looking to play safe and would want to knock his opponent out. Four of his five wins have come via T/KO and will look to make a statement on his debut. The Russian fighter will have a 2.5 leg reach advantage.
