Conor McGregor once more took to Twitter in order to advise the UFC about signing in the current PFL Featherweight Champion, Brendan Loughnane. Previously, Loughnane had competed in ‘Dana White’s Contender Series’, which is a venture to bring up talented fighters into the UFC. Loughnane also managed to clinch a victory but fell short to impress the boss, Dana White, with his fight. He was deprived of a UFC contract despite his win in the DWCS. Since then, he has been fighting under the Professional Fighters’ League promotion.

Recently, Loughnane went on to claim the 2022 PFL Featherweight Title defeating Bubba Jenkins and also bagged associated the $1M bonus. This incident caught the eyes of the UFC Featherweight contender, Charles Rosa.

Conor McGregor wanted to turn this suggested fight into an official one

Rosa expressed his desire to fight the newly crowned PFL champion in a tweet. He also wanted a million dollars as the winning reward and oozed confidence about beating Loughnane.

Apparently, the UFC poster boy, Conor McGregor, had kept an eye on the entire incident. He too used his Twitter account to post a tweet about this whole story.

McGregor wrote, “UFC, sign Brendan Loughnane. Exciting fighter. A back story with the company. And of the European side. A money in the bank uk/Europe signing. Congrats on the win @BrendanMMA”

It was also evident that McGregor knew the whole story between the UFC and Loughnane.

On the other hand, Loughnane’s challenger, Rosa, was visibly enthralled to see McGregor also tweeting about what he had wished for.

McGregor was the person Charles Rosa was looking for

Charles Rosa had also received a reply from Loughnane on his tweet, where he had called him out. Loughnane derided him, stating that he had a million dollars to put up at stake, but Rosa won’t be able to match him up in this regard.

It seems that McGregor was exactly the person who could turn Rosa’s wish into a reality.

He went on to reply to McGregor’s tweet which read, “Conor let me borrow a Million and I’ll fight him he already agreed just need someone like you to make it official @BrendanMMA Brendan“No Name” Loughnane time to make a name for yourself you got the money now just need the respect… it’s on you kid? #bostonStrong”
