He recently received an unusual callout from fellow UFC star Belal Muhammad. Moreover, UFC commentator Jon Anik has joined hands with ‘Remember the Name’ in an attempt to troll Covington on social media in a Power Slap way.

Dana White‘s Power Slap TV show is already underway. It has highlighted some of the most brutal blows for the viewers to enjoy. However, Belal Muhammad requested the 53-year-old promoter to set up a slap-fighting contest between him and Colby Covington. ‘Remember the Name’ posted a video on social media regarding the offer.

Muhammad‘s Instagram video was captioned: “Dana I’m ready to slap colby just sign me up (no one was injured in the making of this movie).” Muhammad was seen knocking out PFL athlete Louis Taylor with just a single slap. Moreover, UFC commentator Jon Anik also took a hilarious jibe at the former welterweight champion.

Jon Anik trolls Colby Covington

An Instagram page by the username ‘shartsymma’ posted a photo where two Power Slap Competitors were engaged in combat. However, the faces were edited and replaced with Belal Muhammad delivering the slap, while Colby Covington was on the receiving end. This post triggered the response of a lot of fans online as they found it hilarious.

The post caught Belal Muhammad‘s eye, and he found it amusing. Moreover, Jon Anik also took the opportunity to take a shot at Colby Covington and commented: “Remember the slap lol” 

‘Remember the Name’ found Anik‘s comment amusing and replied to the UFC commentator’s: “That’s why you’re the goat.” This isn’t the first time Belal Muhammad has expressed his desire to ‘slap’ Covington. He has made multiple jokes and taken a lot of shots at the former UFC champion.

Colby Covington has not fought inside the octagon since UFC 272. Many UFC personalities believe that his inactivity from fighting could prove detrimental to his UFC career. There are a lot of rumors and fantasy bookings regarding his next opponent. But the UFC has not announced any future match-ups for ‘Chaos’ and we will have to wait and see what follows.
