Most people believe Dana White and the world’s most influential podcaster, Joe Rogan, have helped Donald Trump rise to the top of the game as President of the United States of America. Throughout history, powerful unions have contributed to the downfall of numerous international figures. But others are very fruitful, and the trio fits perfectly into this category.

So much so that they have often come out in each other’s defense. For now, it’s accepted that MSNBC hasn’t been too kind to the Republicans. So much so, that it even led to a full fiasco on X about Joe Rogan pitching Elon Musk to buy the channel, and in a way, he could take Rachel Maddow’s job. Now, even Dana White has joined the group in making fun of the news platform.

During a recent appearance on Tucker Carlson’s podcast, the head honcho called out MSNBC for being the ‘nuttiest’ of all news networks in the $569 billion media industry. In fact, he claimed that despite being open to consuming both left- and right-wing media, he was so frustrated with MSNBC and their lies about Donald Trump that he had to unfollow them.

Something that he rarely ever does. The head honcho said, “I don’t judge anybody by their politics. I follow CNN, MSNBC, and all these other outlets because I like to hear everybody. MSNBC, I don’t even know how they’re still on the air. They are the nuttiest.”

The UFC boss further added, “I had to unfollow them. For me to do that, it’s like… I love hearing everybody’s opinion. They are n—. It’s like I can’t even listen to them. They are so. It’s almost like a comic strip, like it’s a cartoon… that network. It’s like a cartoon and it’s so bad, it’s unbelievable. And it’s the whole, ‘If Trump says it’s blue, they say it’s black.’ It’s so bad.”

It is worth noting the CEO of the UFC and Joe Rogan are often considered the architects behind Donald Trump’s mega win. Dana White always took into account the support provided by the billionaire when the UFC was in trouble. In fact, more recently, it’s common to see the president in the front row of the most important fights in this MMA league.

So, the UFC will undoubtedly enjoy some good political support while Trump is in the White House. Likewise, he has already earned a position on Mark Zuckerberg’s board of directors.

Dana White joins Meta’s board of directors

Meta has hired head honcho Dana White to join its board of directors in what appears to be a move by its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, to draw closer to US President-elect Trump. The huge announcement came as Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg reached out to the new Trump administration, including donating $1 million to the Republican’s inauguration ceremony.

According to the statement released by Meta, White stated he was never interested in joining the board of directors before receiving Meta’s invitation. Dana White said, “I’ve never been interested in joining a board of directors until I got the offer to join Meta’s board. I am a huge believer that social media and AI are the future.”

It’s worth mentioning Trump has been an ardent critic of Meta and Zuckerberg in recent years, accusing them of being biased against conservatives.

The Republican leader was kicked off from Facebook following the assault by his supporters on January 6, 2021, on the U.S. Capitol, although the company brought back his profile in early 2023. The 40-year-old billionaire also dined with Trump at his Mar-a-Lago mansion in November and last week named Republican Joel Kaplan as Meta’s director of public relations.
