The UFC President revealed how the pre-buy for UFC 264 PPVs is the highest in UFC history. Even the tickets for the UFC 264 event were sold out within minutes of them going online.

From this fight, even McGregor and Poirier will earn one of the biggest paydays in their UFC career. However, not everyone involved in the fight will be earning huge money. In a recent tweet, Marc Raimondi of ESPN revealed the salary of the match referee for the McGregor vs Poirier fight.

He wrote, “From the NSAC meeting this morning: Poirier vs. McGregor 3 officials. Referee: Herb Dean ($1900 pay). Judges: Sal D’Amato, Derek Cleary, Junichiro Kamijo ($1600)”

Veteran referee herb Dean is going to preside over the fights with Sal D’Amato, Derek Cleary, and Junichiro Kamijo acting as the judges. It disappointed many people that the UFC is paying so little to the referees and judges for such a big event. As everyone involved in the event and the UFC are sure to make a huge profit from the event.
