VIDEO: Conor McGregor In an Ultra Expensive $90,000 Training Routine

Conor McGregor was the first UFC fighter to hold on to two UFC championships (FW and LW) simultaneously. He also held the held two belts (FW and LW) in the Cage Warriors before coming to the UFC. In addition, McGregor has knockout victories across three divisions inside the UFC.

McGregor achieved so much in a small time span that fans always wonder what if he had not gone to boxing? Since his boxing fight with Floyd Mayweather, McGregor has only won one fight against an aging Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone.

McGregor competed twice in 2021 against his former foe Dustin Poirier but lost both the fights in a devastating fashion. The second fight (the trilogy) saw McGregor break his foot. Thus, he was out of active competition for the rest of the year.

Recently, McGregor has posted to quit drinking for his comeback. Though he is doing such efforts for the comeback, there are still some weird things he does for training.

Eddie Hearn had revealed his take on Conor McGregor and UFC relationship

Conor McGregor and the UFC have done a lot for each other. They both propelled each other both in terms of money and fame. Dana White and Conor McGregor have shown a great bond professionally.

Interestingly, the Boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn, can’t revolve his head around the relationship. According to Hearn, it is amusing to see McGregor stick with UFC for so long. Hearn also feels the 50-50 split between UFC and McGregor for the Mayweather fight was outrageous.

Hearn in an interview with Ariel Helwani on his show, The MMA Hour said, “I always thought Conor would just walk away from the UFC, start his own promotional arm of MMA. And it’s very interesting, I’d love to see the ins and outs behind the scenes of how that relationship was managed with Conor, you know, reports of when he boxed Mayweather, they went 50-50 on the purse the UFC and Conor, that’s outrageous, like, but.”

When Helwani intervened and said it should be more for Conor. Hearn immediately said, “Of course.”
