In his last fight, Barboza faced Shane Burgos at the UFC 262 event. The Brazilian fighter won that fight via a 3rd round KO. This was Barboza’s second consecutive UFC victory, earlier defeating Makwan Amirkhani at UFC Fight Night 179. Barboza is currently ranked No.9 in the UFC rankings and will look to get a victory over Chikadze and move up the Featherweight division.
