UFC 266 was undoubtedly a fantastic event. It was held at the sold-out T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and as expected, many influential people attended to witness the spectacular fights. During the event, the crowd camera revealed some big personalities. UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal, Hall of Famer Georges St Pierre, and actors such as Mel Gibson, Tom Holland, and many more were present in the audience.

Among these big personalities, American rapper 6ix9ine was also in attendance at the T Mobile Arena in Vegas. At the event, the rapper got into an altercation with one fan in the audience.

The altercation began when one of the fans threw their drink at the rapper, who naturally got pretty enraged at the fan. Tekashi then did the exact same thing to the fan.

Security intervened to prevent the altercation from escalating and immediately escorted the artist away from the scene.

UFC 266: What went down on the main card?

Right from the early prelims to the main event, UFC 266 was an entraining night. Out of 13 fights on the card, only five went the distance as UFC fans at the T-Mobile Arena were fortunate to witness eight finishes.

The main card saw Jessica Andrade beat Cynthia Calvillo with a stunning first-round TKO. Curtis Blaydes defeated Jairzinho Rozenstruik by unanimous decision (30-27).

The highly anticipated fight between Robbie Lawler and Nick Diaz ended after three terrific rounds as ‘Ruthless’ secured revenge via TKO.

Valentina Shevchenko defeated Lauren Murphy in the fourth round to defend her women’s flyweight championship. This was her sixth consecutive defense and second in 2021. Earlier, ‘Bullet’ had retained her belt at UFC 261 in April against Jessica Andrade.

Finally, in the night’s main event, Alexander Volkanovski defeated Brian Ortega by unanimous decision. ‘The Great’ Alexander proved himself as worthy of his featherweight title and defended it brilliantly.

The fight was awarded the fight of the night and will be remembered as one of the finest in featherweight history.
