UFC Fight Night: Rozenstruik vs Sakai saw a flyweight match-up go down in the women’s flyweight division between Montana De La Rosa and Ariane Lipski. The 26-year-old came up with a dominant performance and finished Lipski in the second round of the contest via ground-and-pound.
Lipski is now on a two-fight skid. Antonina Shevchenko finished her in her previous fight at UFC 255. ‘Queen of Violence’ is now 2-4 in the promotion. After dropping her first two fights via decision, Lipski put together a two-fight winning streak. A submission win over Luana Carolina in July 2020 has been her most prolific performance inside the Octagon.

A UFC veteran since 2017, De La Rosa, has now racked up 5 wins out of her 8 matches in the division. After a loss to Viviane Araujo in September 2020, she scored a draw against Mayra Bueno Silva in February. The dominant win over Lipski is a measure of the talent that the Elevation Fight Team trainee possesses.
As for Lipski, she was looking to showcase her skills in this one. However, ‘Queen Of Violence’ will be disappointed that the result didn’t go her way tonight.
