VIDEO: When Joe Rogan Couldn’t Take His Eyes Off Miesha Tate at the Weigh-Ins

Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Miesha Tate and famous commentator Joe Rogan shared a hilarious moment on the internet after UFC 200 weigh-ins.

During major UFC events, Rogan is present on the stage to announce the fighters coming on the stage for the weigh-ins and face-offs. However, when they prepare for the weigh-ins, it is hard for Rogan to keep his eyes off the athletes. Fans have caught the famous podcast host staring directly at the fighters several times.

One such incident happened during UFC 200, which gave a hilarious meme to the internet.

Cupcake‘ was scheduled to defend her bantamweight gold against Amanda Nunes in 2016 at UFC 200. As usual before the fight, the combatants attended the ceremonial weigh-ins.

While Tate climbed on the scale for her weight check, the camera caught Rogan struggling to keep his eyes off her. Later, many fans on the internet, and the former champ herself, acknowledged the same. After the event, Rogan and Tate also had a moment on Twitter, where she took a dig at him.

At the event, Tate lost the bout against Nunes. Later, after losing her second fight in a row, ‘Cupcake’ took a hiatus from UFC octagon.

Miesha Tate: Back in Action

‘Cupcake’ (19-8) is inarguably one of the best women’s fighters in the UFC. She ended her five-year hiatus with a return in July 2021 against Marion Reneau and claimed a stoppage win. Furthermore, she also won the ‘Performance Of The Night’ bonus at the event.

With this win, Tate secured her position at #8 in the women’s bantamweight division. In her next fight, ‘Cupcake’ took on the #7  Ketlen Vieira.

Unfortunately, Tate faced a different fate in the fight and lost to the Brazilian via a unanimous decision. The latter ranked up to #6 on the roster with this win.

Meanwhile, Tate will now have to map her way back to earn a title shot next. Nevertheless, UFC fans surely enjoy seeing her back in action.
