The 33-year-old martial artist is more than just a role model, as fans also look up to him as a fashion icon. The Irishman just oozes charisma and the way he carries himself has inspired up-and-comers to follow suit. McGregor’s wardrobe contains expensive custom-fit suits and every major brand one can think of.

The UFC star loves his fans and often goes out of his way to engage with them. He appreciates all the love and supports he gets from the community, as it allows him to stay motivated. However, this one UFC fan did something that made the star yell out hysterically.

He said, “Ahh…this that’s my shirt, you see he has got my shirt out, I don’t want that…. that’s a… that’s a brand new, look at that’s brand new. That’s crazy. Where is this in Las Vegas? That’s incredible! That is yeah, shout out to that guy, yeah.”

Apparently, during a fight night event, McGregor spotted a fan donning the same shirt that he has. While watching the fight card from the comfort of his home, he couldn’t believe what he had just seen. He even posted the video of it on his Instagram story.

It looks like this particular fan has managed to impress the style icon of mixed martial arts. McGregor tipped his hat in respect and even gave him a shout-out for pulling off the same shirt as him. Clearly, the UFC star influenced the fan to make the purchase, and the maestro has acknowledged it.

McGregor’s rise to superstardom definitely was going to inspire more imitators both inside and outside the fight game. Not so long ago, the mixed martial artist met one of his fans, whom the world infamously dubbed as his doppelgänger. The meeting didn’t go exactly as he planned, as the imposter didn’t look anything like the UFC star. He even offered his reaction later and stated,” Motherf****er don’t look like me.”

While the other fan managed to impress McGregor, this imposter could not deliver as expected. Naturally, the Irishman felt confused, but in the end, he just laughed it all off.
