Francis Ngannou took on the body shot challenge against ‘The Flash’ Ryan Garcia. Given that he was up against a professional boxer, the heavyweight champion had a chest guard to protect him from the heavy power shots. Garcia pulled the trigger and hit Ngannou with a flurry of punches.

Aupuni Pagaoa, a flyweight fighter, who got his chance to hit Francis Ngannou with body shots inside Xtreme Couture MMA, dropped two heavy shots on Ngannou. While ‘The Predator’ easily absorbed the first punch, the second punch took the air out of his lungs. Despite that, Ngannou absorbed it and stood still.
