WATCH: Georges St-Pierre’s Chokehold Move Leaves F1 Star Daniel Ricciardo “Giggling Like a Schoolboy”

Georges St-Pierre is one fighter that is on everyone’s greatest of all-time list. “Rush” has been somewhat of a superhero for MMA fans, and most people could only dream of training with him.

The formula one superstar, Daniel Ricciardo, recently got to live this dream. He trained with the UFC Hall of Famer Georges St Pierre, in Canada, days before the Canadian Grand Prix.

Ricciardo pulled up to the Tristar Gym in Montreal to train with the UFC star and coach Firas Zahabi. On arrival, Georges St-Pierre taught the driver some tricks on the canvas and showed him how to put his opponent in a submission. They also practiced stoking techniques and footwork.

After the training session, Daniel Ricciardo said, “I got put through my paces with coach Firas, Georges. and learned a bunch. I was just giggling like a schoolboy the whole time. I’m fully prepared now if I get an altercation on track on the weekend.”

He added, “Numerous chokes numerous ways to put em out. A couple strikes. I’ve got good footwork. Good power. Anyone that crosses my path this ain’t no game no more. “

Georges St-Pierre reveals his thoughts on Kamaru Usman as the GOAT.

When it comes to deciding who the best fighter of all time is, many are torn between names like Jon Jones, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Anderson Silva, and Georges St-Pierre.

The reigning UFC welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman, is also making a strong case to be one on the list. Some already consider him to be among the greatest.

In a recent interview, Georges St-Pierre weighed in on this thought of Usman being the GOAT.

He said, “I think Kamaru Usman, he could be the greatest of all time right now. However, I think you need to wait until the end of the career of someone before saying he’s the greatest of all time because sometimes your stock can go up or it can go down, you know? But he’s definitely up there.”
