He’s just a bit young and I knew that coming into the fight. I didn’t underestimate him. And I had to do what I had to do to get the win.”

He further stated that he deserves a ranked fighter next. “I don’t know. The fans tell me. Am I getting ahead of myself… I’m taking these risky fights. These are all risky fights. Heavy hitters, wrestlers. If I’m not already in the top 15, I need a ranked guy next. But I feel like I should be in the top 15.”, said Basharat.
