What Adesanya was drinking is unclear from the videos. But it had to be something good judging by his reactions. Nevertheless, the champ was surely enjoying himself.

Adesanya has always been known for his antics. He is quite a funny individual. But he seems to have some competition on that aspect in his own division now.

‘The Trailblazer’ Kevin Holland is starting to take some of his shine away. Holland is a unique personality as well. He can’t even stop talking while fighting. At least the champion is focused while fighting.

Israel Adesanya has big plans for 2021

Israel Adesanya is looking to move up a weight class in 2021 to challenge light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. A fight with Jon Jones has been touted for a long time too. However, ‘The Last Stylebender’ needs to get past the ‘Polish Power’ first.

What’s more, he doesn’t plan on giving up his 185 lbs belt anytime soon. The middleweight division is full of surging, hungry contenders.

Robert Whittaker is looking to get his shot at Adesanya, thirsting to get his belt back. Darren Till, Marvin Vettori, and Kevin Holland are all on the rise.

But Adesanya should have no problem making the middleweight limit, even if he moves up a division. It is unlikely he will ever weigh in on 205 lbs, ever. He fights around his natural weight at 185 lbs and doesn’t cut too much weight. Therefore, it is logical that he can fight in both divisions.

But the fight the kiwi actually wants is the super fight against Jon ‘Bones‘ Jones. Jones is moving up to heavyweight, though. And he is bulking up for that in the process.

This might prove to be a speed bump in making this fight happen. But, with a skilled fighter like Adesanya involved, nothing is ever off the table.

What did you make of Adesanya’s antics after getting drunk? Did you enjoy it? What’s next for Adesanya in his fighting future?
