In an interview with MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour show, coach Eugene Baremen revealed that the first time ‘The Last Stylebender‘ had done the walkout rehearsal was at UFC 243 in Melbourne. He asked the UFC for permission to do the walkout, and he has been doing it ever since.
He said, “He’s big on visualization and he’s, he’s I think, for a lot of, for a lot of if not all of his fights he’s visualizes, how the fight will go from that minute he steps out into the lights and he’s always done that.”
