The veteran promoter and analyst have more things in common, apart from being involved in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Both are over 50 and both stay in shape.

While both have been involved in combat sports from a very early age, Rogan was more actively competing and following a routine than the White who had to do various jobs from age 17.

The $500 million-worth UFC President has set up his own facilities for workouts. The luxurious gym space would give world-class fighters a run for their money. White has transformed from a lean guy who once weighed 197 lbs for his rumored contest against former UFC light heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz.

Meanwhile, Rogan always kept a tight schedule for staying in shape. The Taekwondo black-belt Rogan also earned his jiujitsu black belt as he leaned towards grappling as well, which helped him stay in shape.

Initially, White was interested in boxing, but he couldn’t pursue his dreams. Though, he stayed connected with the sport, as he managed a few fighters during his early days, including Tito Ortiz. But since he came into the corporate world, fitness was not something he was able to keep during it.

But now, the scenario is completely different for White, who doesn’t need to go to 10s of 1000s of shows to promote an event or do a million tweets to get the viewers to come to the events. He has built a brand that offers him time to get his training in.

Dana White once revealed his mantra for workouts

The UFC honcho in a Men’s Health interview gave a tour inside his home gym. During the interview, the 53-year-old said, “I’m trying not to get fat; I’m trying not to get hurt. Those are my two goals, every day when I come over here [at my gym].”

The 54-year-old Rogan has been one step ahead of the UFC President, as he does intense training sessions. The renowned JRE podcast host usually posts a few snaps and clips of the training on Instagram as well.
