WATCH: Khamzat Chimaev Not Only Pulls Darren Till’s Leg but Also Gives Him His Props

Khamzat Chimaev and Darren Till have a funny movement during their training sessions.

Earlier, the British fighter and the Swedish star had a few altercations on social media. However, they have sorted things out now. And recently, the British middleweight fighter went to Sweden to train with the surging welterweight star at All-star gym.

‘The Gorilla’ has only won one fight since 2018. He is currently on a two-fight skid. However, honing his skills with the undefeated fighter might have a change in his performance in the future.

In the video, both the UFC fighters can be seen lifting heavyweights in a very intense training session. During the workout, Chimaev jokes about lifting more weight than the Brit. However, the Russian-born also lauded ‘The Gorilla’ for his dedication and hard work.

Chimaev said, “I don’t know, smash bro. Nah, bro, I lift more than you, man. Darren was good, actually. Good, very good. He did good. Physically he come yesterday.”

“He spar with us. And we go physical. You know, it’s hard. Some guys come here like just for one week do pads. But he’s done like two sessions today. He just come yesterday night. That’s good. That makes the champs, you know,”– Chimaev concluded.

Ever since his debut in the promotion, ‘Borz’ has been mauling all his opponents. He has bagged four wins in a row. The dominant fighter defeated all his four opponents via a finish, three in the first round.

The Chechen star has leap-frogged to number 11 position on the welterweight roster. And has been calling out the top tiers fighters in the division. Because all wants to do is “kill everybody!”

What is next for Khamzat Chimaev?

Ever since his dominant win at UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi, ‘Borz’ has made a lot of buzz among the UFC fans. And they want to see more of the Russian-born mauler.

Earlier, it was difficult for the promotion to find a viable opponent for Chimaev. However, after many names and speculations, the Chechen star has an opponent that matches his style of fighting and might put his skills to the test.

The number two ranked welterweight fighter Gilbert Burns has agreed to fight Chimaev. Also, the UFC is working to make this fight possible. Both the combatants have a strong wrestling background. Hence, it is an electrifying matchup.
