UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal appeared publicly after quite a while. Following the whole Colby Covington fiasco, Masvidal spent quality time on the IMPAULSIVE podcast and talked about his inside the Octagon affairs and more.

Jorge Masvidal is one of the biggest PPV draws for the UFC at the moment. Thus, his popularity has no bounds. However, ‘Gamebred’ doesn’t want to give too much time to social media.

During his conversation with the host Logan Paul and Mike Majlak, Majlak asked Masvidal about the online messages he gets on his social handles.

He said, “You ever get some like reckless sh** like…” Masvidal was quick to respond and said, “All the time.”

Thereafter, Logan Paul interrupted and said, “You should do his dude. Because he has branded himself as like the ‘s*x fiend’ in a way. He has that leg, you know… in dating porn stars…”

When Masvidal was informed, she was the number one porn star in the world. He curiously asked, “Which, who?”

“The name is Lana Rhodes,” Majlak said. Upon hearing the name, Masvidal reacted, “Oh, yeah,” and said, “Everybody knows Lana Rhodes.”

Masvidal’s reaction had the entire crew on deck bursting into laughter.

Why Jorge Masvidal should fight Khamzat Chimaev

Jorge Masvidal didn’t have the best of the runs since 2019. In the past couple of years, he struggled to get his hand raised inside the Octagon. Yet he is a marquee name in the division. Also, looking closely at his losses, those came against the two best welterweights on the planet right now.

Masvidal is a veteran of the sport and has only a few years left in the young men’s sport. Thus, before calling it a day, he should give his best shot at UFC gold. Thus, in order to do so, he should take a fight with top-ranked Khamzat Chimaev, who is the only fighter with the biggest name and not much experience in the division.

Also, Masvidal should do that in a PPV headliner. Since Chimaev has never fought in a five-rounder, this could play in Masvidal’s favor. The veteran could draw ‘Borz’ in deep waters and put the pressure, and secure a win. A win over Khamzat would put him right in line for a title opportunity.

However, if he couldn’t get the ‘W’, it would still be a massive fight with these two fighters involved, and it probably sells a lot of PPVs, which would financially benefit Masvidal as he gets the PPV points.
