Famous YouTuber Jake Paul transitioned into the sport of boxing a few years back. However, he has also been expressing his interest in competing inside the MMA cage.
‘The Problem Child’ has competed in five professional boxing matches. Furthermore, he has defeated ex-UFC fighters inside the boxing ring and hails an undefeated professional boxing career of 5-0 under his name.
His recent knockout win came against an MMA fighter inside the boxing ring. However, this wasn’t the case when Paul fought a fighter inside the MMA cage.

In an old vlog from 2017, ‘The Problem Child’ took on jiu-jitsu black belt AJ Agazarm. During the start of his YouTube career, the Ohio native used to take daredevil challenges for his vlogs. The fight was a part of the challenge.
Meanwhile, the former Bellator featherweight Agazarm was not a professional fighter. However, he dominated the social media star during the whole fight. It was a three-round bout, but Agazarm submitted Paul via an armbar in the second.

Although both men weren’t serious during the fight, it was Paul’s first MMA competition, which turned out to be a bad one for him. Later, the former Bellator fighter also helped ‘The Problem Child’ to prepare for his first boxing match against fellow Youtuber KSI’s brother Deji in August 2018.
Jake Paul Prepares for MMA Debut This Year
Ever since his debut in professional boxing, ‘The Problem Child’ has never lost a single match. Interestingly, he has defeated all of his previous opponents via a knockout.
After an impressive run in his boxing career, the Ohio native is opting to compete in MMA this year. Furthermore, he has also called out some of the elite UFC fighters in his interviews.

Paul also has an ongoing beef with the UFC president Dana White. Recently, the 24-year-old uploaded a video of himself kicking the pads and also tagged UFC’s competitor PFL and Bellator on Twitter.

Interestingly, ‘The Problem Child’ received a response from PFL. It is sure that fans might see him competing inside the MMA cage this year. However, as of now, there has been no official announcement regarding his move to any of the MMA promotions.
