It was then that the all-hyped Zingano made her walk toward the cage and accidentally threw her cap in McGregor’s direction. However, ‘The Notorious’ showed his insane skills and dodged the throw.

While talking about the incident with Ariel Helwani, McGregor said, There’s no beef… I hope not. I love Cat, I love women’s MMA. And I’m a big fan of all the female athletes and Cat is up there as one of the best of them…”

“I saw it coming a mile away. I could have caught it but there was some lucky fans behind me. So I said, ‘I’ll let them take the hat,” McGregor concluded.

Following the incident, ‘Alpha’ took to her official Twitter account and apologized to McGregor with a funny note. Zingano jokingly claimed she was helping the Irish star sharpen his reflexes.

Meanwhile, akin to Rousey, ‘The Notorious’ was also undefeated in the UFC, but soon suffered a setback.
