‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ has witnessed a number of conversations. Some heartwarming and some controversial. In a new episode, Joe Rogan was heard giving a thoughtful response to something said by his guest, Tim Dillon. Dillon made some bold comments on the podcast. This prompted a response from the Spotify podcaster.

Dillion said, “What we have to realize is that we’re Americans. … We are deeply selfish monsters that have been bred to destroy all life on earth.”

He further said, “We can’t, we have to not lose sight of that message. We are here to f**k things up for everyone else. Not each other. And that’s what we had in the 80s and the 90s. We had a commitment to apathy while our leaders ran around pillaging the earth.”

Dillion was unhappy with people fighting each other and not enjoying the comforts that are available and being happy.

To this, Rogan said, “That would be the only way to get us out of this. If we ever realized that the problems that we have with issues are far smaller than the problems where we or the issues that we agree on.”

“Like everybody agrees we have to have less crime, everybody agrees we have to have more education. Everybody agrees that we have to have safer streets and safer cities… And the things that we disagree on, well, people disagree on, like how to make those things a reality thought.”

“How do you have less crime? Is it by letting people out of jail?” added Rogan.

Further, in their discussion, both personalities spoke about how certain people are taking advantage of the current system. Hence, they do not want it to change as it benefits them.

Additionally, they also spoke about democracy and the attitudes people have regarding citizenship. Tim Dillon was of the opinion that people are powerless to change problematic things around them.
