In a recent conversation with ‘The Pat McAfee Show’, Dana White revealed exactly what goes on behind closed doors. Pat McAfee asked the UFC President, “Do you have like a weekly meeting to talk about the fight before the night before?”

White responded, “Yeah, that’s exactly how it goes. Once the show is behind you, you’re only looking forward and we get together on Tuesday because, you know, most of the time people are traveling and Monday you got to catch up with sh*t you didn’t get done last week.”
