Renzo Gracie shares a gripping incident on Instagram
On his Instagram account, Gracie shared a video that featured an apparently peculiar incident. A child in the video appeared to be being tormented by a kid who was only a little bigger than him. But the bully had no idea that his tactics would backfire when the victimized child used his BJJ abilities to choke the bully.
Not only hat, Gracie had a caption which said, “Every parent should enroll their kids in Jiu-Jitsu before any other sport. We don’t sell martial arts, we sell self confidence, the ability to defend yourself and live without fear. There is no place you can’t go and no goal you can’t achieve when you have confidence in yourself.”

It’s apparent from the video that BJJ is truly a big deal for the maestro. He supposedly embraced the idea that everyone should learn martial arts because it can boost a person’s autonomy. The message was intriguing enough that it left not only the fans but also Conor McGregor’s coach and an ex-UFC champ in thrall.

The post was captivating enough that it left Conor McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh and former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Miesha Tate spellbound as they had a small yet convincing reaction.
While Kavanagh reacted by saying “Incredible” in the comments, Tate quoted “Love this” expressing how she cherished the video.
It was clear that the supporters’ interest would be piqued, as they were in large numbers to voice their opinions.
