Nate Diaz has made yet another unapologetic statement that has left fans scratching their heads. The Stockton Gangster faces Jake Paul in a 10-round boxing match on August 5th. While Diaz has been preparing for his boxing debut, the entire MMA world has been engaged in a fiery debate about his fighting skills.
Some fans and pundits believe Diaz can pull off a win because of his stamina and experience. Meanwhile, others have been questioning him for his KO power. Moreover, many fans have also pointed out the extensive damage he endures during his fights. Recently, Diaz appeared in an interview where he bluntly stated his thoughts about it.

Nate Diaz claims to be smarter than ever
Appearing at the Pat McAfee show, the former UFC fighter called out those who have questioned his fight IQ. According to Diaz, he is not just a vapid fighter who absorbs unnecessary damage in fights. Moreover, he also denied rumors of having CTE.

One statement that stood out for the fans was Diaz’s claim of never getting knocked out. Quickly, Netizens reminded the former BMF challenger about the one time he lost a fight via TKO.

Diaz lost to Josh Thomson via a TKO in back 2013, when Thomson landed a brutal head kick on the Stockton native. Fans rushed in on the social media post to remind him of this loss. Thomson himself commented on the picture – “I’ll just leave this here”.
