Not only Rogan has tried a carnivore diet for a month and achieved good results, but he also relies on intermittent fasting that lasts for 14 to 16 hours. However, the color commentator’s trusted diet remains low in carbs and free from refined sugar.

Is Joe Rogan on a carnivore diet?

Although the long-time UFC veteran switches to a carnivore diet once in a while, he is not on an active carnivore diet. In JRE #1424 w/Tom Papa, Rogan revealed the results after adopting the diet for 30 days.

Also, Rogan turned to supplements like vitamins, amino acids, and fish oil, to cover all his nutritional bases on the carnivore diet.

Simple Principles of Joe Rogan’s diet

While Rogan effectively follows self-discipline, he has outlined a few simple principles.

  • Eating a lot of game meat, mostly wild game
  • Eating veggies, preferably greens
  • Making it spicy by adding some jalapenos
  • Drinking lots of fluids
  • Sneak in some healthy snacks

Staples of Joe Rogan’s diet

The UFC commentator sticks to simple food that doesn’t contain refined sugar. Rogan’s favorite food, undoubtedly, is meat and specifically Elk Meat. His love for Elk Meat is such that he once shared his cooking technique on a JRE episode.
