Joe Rogan and Howard Stern. Two big names in the broadcasting industry who have perhaps not liked each other for a long time now. So why are they beefing? Stern has been a media personality for a long time and his ‘The Howard Stern Show’ is as unforgettable as they get.

And the same can now be said about the MMA veteran, Joe Rogan. ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ is so popular that even those who don’t watch it know the podcaster. So when did things go wrong between the two? Is it just competition? Here’s all you need to know.

Joe Rogan and Stern have it against one another

For Howard Stern, Rogan is responsible for spreading misinformation. “I don’t listen to Joe Rogan. I know Joe from 100 years ago,” Stern said at one point. “We’re no longer friendly. We were friendly at one point.” And it all makes sense too.

Stern had Rogan on his show and it started off pretty well and then the pair would meet up in Las Vegas. And unfortunately for Rogan, what happened in Vegas didn’t quite stay there. An incident at a strip club would lead Stern to believe that Rogan had misogynistic tendencies.

Soon, Stern would start calling over women from Rogan’s past who had had a complicated relationship with the podcaster. This would lead to Rogan stopping appearing on the show. Eventually, an off-camera conversation between the two would lead to the ending of good terms.

“Joe was a guest one time and I said something to him off air which I won’t go into but he took offense. I haven’t heard or seen him since. I think he made the decision that I was toxic for him.” The two haven’t fully been embroiled in a lot of beef except for some back and forth now and then with Rogan flaming Stern for becoming too “woke”.

Are things between the two of them alright?

The woke comments came after a political debate that mostly just involved Stern himself. The radio host and Rogan had differing stances over the pandemic and the medications for it. This led to Stern calling Rogan out and asking him for an “apology”.

Of course, Rogan decided to do nothing about Stern’s claims and continued with his episodes as usual. Rogan clearly does not give into the idea of creating a feud. If anything, he has mostly only praised Stern and his work for the radio over the years. Perhaps it’s no big feud and the two don’t really hate one another. Differences in opinions shall always exist in the broadcasting world but are they always worth beefing over?
