As of yet, she is ranked no. seven as per the UFC rankings and boasts an impressive record of 13 victories with only four defeats. Moreover, what is even more impressive is the fact that has a 100% finish ratio which is nothing to scoff at. However, she is just as successful outside of the cage.

She has over a million followers on Instagram, making her one of the most followed female fighters currently. Not to mention, she has an intriguing relationship with one of the richest men in the world and the founder of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg. Did Mark Zuckerberg rent the entire UFC Apex Center to see Mackenzie Dern?

Mark Zuckerberg is known as a business tycoon but he also has a fondness for combat sports, especially MMA. In the past, he has expressed his interest in even competing and showcasing his skills online. Moreover, back in 2022, he witnessed a fight card at UFC Apex Centre, however, not many knew about it, besides Dern who was competing on the card. Not to mention, Zuckerberg even took to Instagram to especially claim that he is “Excited to see @mackenziedern fight tonight in Vegas.”

Moreover, after the card, in an interview before her fight, Dern spilt the beans and alleged that he had rented out the whole centre. “I mean, I know Mark Zuckerberg like rented out the whole event, you know, so I know he’ll be there. She further revealed her expectations, stating, “I don’t know if it’s just like literally him and his wife or if he’s gonna have friends or it will be like a small party, I don’t know”.

However, thereafter, White debunked such speculations and rumours and set the record straight when he tweeted, “Mark Zuckerberg did NOT rent out the UFC Apex. That’s total bullshit.”  That being said, one must wonder, how Dern had such insider information and does she know Zuckerberg personally. Let’s resort to social media to unwrap it.

When Mackenzie Dern reacted to Mark Zuckerberg’s family picture

Apart from being a fearless combatant, Dern is also a loving mother. In June 2019, she gave birth to her daughter, Moa. Safe to say, she is a family person through and through and also likes to see others spend time with their loved ones. Back in 2023, Zuckerberg on Instagram shared a picture of himself and his wife.

However, it appeared that his wife was pregnant at the time from his caption it was inferred that they were expecting a baby together as she said, “Happy New Year! Here’s to all of the adventures and love coming in 2023.” Which, Dern was awestruck and made it known by using applauding emojis in the comments.
