One such fight which caused immense excitement among the fans was when Tony Ferguson took on Michael Chandler. Fans were excited about this fight and Ferguson’s return to the octagon and among the fans was UFC middleweight king Israel Adesanya.

However, the fight did not go as expected for Ferguson, since he got knocked out by Chandler in the second round. While the entire MMA community reacted to the knockout, the reaction of Israel Adesanya was notable.

Since winning the title against Robert Whittaker at UFC 243, Israel Adesanya has been on an absolute tear in the UFC’s Middleweight division. ‘The Last Stylebender’ has successfully defended his title 4 times since first claiming it. In his last five fights, Adesanya is 4-1, with his only loss coming against Jan Blachowicz in the Light Heavyweight division.
