When Conor McGregor Offered Actor Johnny Depp “Not Too Bad” Proper Twelve

The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard court case is a point of interest for many people worldwide. People have been following the trial and have been sharing their views on social media. UFC commentator Joe Rogan too has been talking about Depp and Heard.

In the wake of the high-profile court case, it might be interesting for UFC fans to know that Conor McGregor and Johnny Depp have met before. As reported by ‘Givemesport‘, the athlete and the Hollywood actor bumped into each other at an elegant hotel in Rome while on a vacation in Italy.

McGregor’s niece was also present. ‘The Notorious’ spent his time partying with Depp after attending his son’s christening during their vacation.

A video of their interaction has been doing rounds on social media. In the video, the Irish fighter was seen offering Depp some Proper Twelve. Depp in return seemed to like it.

McGregor said (h/t Givemesport), “Do you want some whiskey? Some Proper Twelve, here I will get you a glass.”

Depp then said, “It’s not too bad, it’s not too bad.”

Thus, both the personalities shared a drink. McGregor seemed quite excited about Depp’s company. They met a few months after McGregor’s heartbreaking loss and leg injury against the Dustin Poirier trilogy fight.

Does Johnny Depp have any UFC connections?

The actor has never been spotted at a UFC event. However, apart from Conor McGregor, he seems to have connections with the UFC commentator and famous Spotify podcaster, Joe Rogan.

Rogan has spoken about Depp on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. As per the MMA analyst, he happened to talk to the actor on the phone. Rogan was in Hawaii with his wife during the phone call.
