During the recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan shared a tactic that he always uses to keep him away from distractions. Apparently, the tactic is inspired by the heavyweight boxing legend, Tyson Fury.

“You seen what Tyson Fury does? He makes a message. He puts it out there and he says I am going under camp for the next four months. And he starts talking about how I was gonna be off social media,” Rogan said in an episode.

“I am not gonna be answering my phone. I am going into hiding. And that’s what I do. And maybe that’s what you need to do,” Rogan concluded.

The UFC champion, Aljamain Sterling, was the guest on the latest episode. He told Rogan that all the media attention after his recent UFC win is distracting him from the preparation for his next fight. Hence, Rogan shared the tactic and advised him to use it next time.
