After Francis Ngannou won the UFC Heavyweight title at UFC 260, a fight with Jon Jones became a certainty. However, since the UFC announced the fight, Jones has been very active on Twitter and has been taking jibes at the promotion. Now, he has also targeted the UFC Heavyweight Champion.

Jones had taken to Twitter to warn Ngannou. “Pray you knock me out because if you don’t I’m going to break you, and that’s a promise.”

Whether he is inside the Octagon or outside, Francis Ngannou is not someone who takes things lightly. Therefore, it came as no surprise that ‘The Predator’ replied to Jones in his own style.

The Heavyweight champion wrote, “Please don’t make me laugh!, When is the last time that you break somebody out?”

Many people often consider Ngannou as one of the heaviest hitters in UFC history, and even Jones is aware of that fact. However, Bones believes that if the fight goes on for long, he could wear the champion down and win. ‘The Predator’ clearly disagreed and seemed in no mood to take anything from Jones.

Ngannou continued hitting on Jones,You’re a decision fighter, @JonnyBones and you’ve barely won a fight lately. But you’re going to break me out.”

Will a fight between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou actually happen?

Even before the fight between Francis Ngannou and Stipe Miocic took place, the UFC announced that Jon Jones will face the eventual winner of the fight. Although after Ngannou won the title and a fight between Jones and Ngannou was all set to happen, talks between Bones and the UFC fell apart.
