UFC Fans in Denial As Decade Old Promise From Jon Jones Comes to Light: “Trying To Do a GSP”

Here is what fans had to say:

  • This would be so fun and technical in the standup, but I think Jon has a sizable edge with wrestling and grappling
  • F**K YES!! Make this fight for the vacant HW title, assuming Francis doesn’t come back
  • Good fight to make Jon has options but i dont see him fight more than 2-3 fights at HW especially if the first fight is for the title and he captures it.
  • Someone make that fight happen one day
  • Lets go. Ngannou’s not coming back lets stop playing with the fans, gane is the runner-up for sure, interesting matchup
  • Greatest fight to make in 2023
  • That would be the most competitive fight in Heavyweight honestly!!! Im in!!!
  • That’s a good fight. I’d be scared to say I think gane has better fight iq than jones but we’ll see if jones still got it
  • If it’s for a vacant title then yeah this makes sense but we’d prefer that Francis matchup
  • I’d definitely watch
