Recently, Luke Rockhold appeared on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. The former UFC middleweight champion talked about various things related to his MMA career. Rockhold even ended up talking about how he hates to wear an outfit with a snake in it.
During the interview, Helwani asked Rockhold about how he thinks about the new deal with Crypto.com. Recently, the UFC had sold the branding rights to the apparel worn by fighters in the Octagon. Crypto.com is now the official fight kit partner for the promotion. It had been reported that the partnership is a 10-year deal for $175 million.

However, the thing that surprised many was that the fighters would not get any cut from the same. Helwani asked Rockhold about the same and how he felt about fighter not getting their cut. While Rockhold seemed upset by the same, the fighter went on to talk about another deal the UFC had earlier this year.
Recently, the UFC had partnered with Venum, who will now make all UFC performance fight gear. The logo of Venum is understandably a snake that is visible on the jerseys of all UFC fighters. Rockhold seemed clearly upset about that as he said, “You know what su*ks is wearing a fu*ing snake on my goddamn fu*king thing.”
Fighters will be getting a small increase in pay under the UFC's new uniform deal with Venum.
