The staggering net worth of the UFC CEO, Dana White, may startle several people. But, the efforts that he put in to reach this stature have yielded tremendous results. However, nearly a year ago, a few reports revealed that White foresaw a terrible future regarding his health. The 54-year-old expressed his fear about his condition in the times to come. He inculcated several health-improving methods into his lifestyle to avoid his fate. One particular of which is even endorsed by the noted UFC color commentator Joe Rogan caught his eye.

Several noted athletes also use this process as a recovery technique, apart from the noted Rogan. However, most fans were probably ignorant about White’s usage of the same process. Well, the famous technique being talked about here is nothing other than the cold plunge. It has now been used by athletes for years to improve their conditioning. But it may be the CEO of ’10X Health Solutions’, Gary Brecka, who got White into all of this.

It was the CEO of ’10X Health Solutions’, Gary Brecka, who informed White that he only had about 10.4 years to live. This revelation rang a bell in the UFC CEO. He took up a good deal of health-boosting activities to make major changes in his lifestyle including a cold plunge. But a five-month-old video revealed that White does his cold plunges a bit differently.

The noted podcaster, Rogan has showcased that he probably takes his cold plunges at his home itself. But White doesn’t trust such home remedies and visits specialized facilities for the same. The recent video displayed White walking into ‘Remedy Place’ in New York City to get a cold plunge along with a few of his mates.

Well, most fans may know how Joe Rogan stands as an example of fitness even at 56 years of age. He often educates the viewers of his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, about the positive effects of various training and recovery methods.

Rogan’s inclusion of cold plunges into his recovery processes points out the fact that they must be hugely beneficial. Well, White’s health consultant and the CEO of ’10X Health Systems’, Gary Brecka, is also an advocate for the process.

Brecka appeared in the episode of a YouTube podcast named ‘Diary of a CEO’ where he revealed the positive effects of a cold plunge. He even labeled it as the best cardio exercise, saying that the others weren’t “anywhere near” it. He also said, “If you wanna strip fat off your body, get in cold water for 3-6 minutes a day”. Basically, Brecka wanted to imply that the cold plunge was one of the best metabolism-increasing methods.

Well, there are no reports confirming whether it was Brecka who got Dana White into taking cold plunges. But, his advocacy for the process and the fact that he was the one who guided White through his health improvement program clearly imply that he can definitely be the person who developed White’s healthy habit of going for cold plunges.
