Thiago Santos earned a decision against Johnny Walker in the main event of UFC Fight Night: Santos vs Walker and ended his 3-fight skid. He lost a decision against Aleksandar Rakic in his last fight. Daniel Cormier recently shared his take on that fight.
Rakic and Santos squared off at UFC 259 in an important light-heavyweight contest. Many expected the fight to be a barn-burner with two vicious knockout artists involved. However, the contest turned out to be an uneventful affair, with both men having too much respect for the other’s power.

Cormier has implied a few times that Santos was not fully fit coming into that fight and he shouldn’t be judged for his performance at UFC 259. When a fan pointed out that DC never gives Rakic the credit for his win, Cormier responded, “I really don’t care honestly! Worst fight of all time I wish they both lost!”

These comments caught Rakic’s attention, and he reacted to Cormier. “Why you so sensitive big boy? Haha,” Rakic wrote. Now, it will be interesting to see if DC provides an answer to Rakic’s query.
When is Aleksandar Rakic back in action?
Rakic, one of the top contenders of the light-heavyweight division, has not fought since his UFC 259 win. Also, apart from his bout against Santos, he has rarely been in a boring fight. So, it is understandable why fans want to see ‘Rocket’ back in action.
