Sean Strickland claps back with no hesitation

Sean Strickland is a fighter who doesn’t hesitate before speaking his mind and he’s not kept quiet about Ian Garry and his wife. However, for a brief period of time, he had dropped the whole topic. Yes, initially he trolled Garry a lot leading to ‘The Future’ threatening to sue him.

But there was no lawsuit and there were no scuffles. Strickland moved on from the drama once he had other things to worry about. Such as defending his middleweight title. It was only until recently that Layla Machado Garry poked the belly of the beast calling Strickland out by referring to the fighter and his childhood trauma that he’s been very open about.

And that’s it, it set Sean Strickland off and he posted a video on his socials. “Alright succubus, I’ll give you what you want. You talk about me, I’ll give you what you want—attention. You talk about me… You bring my f**king name up. You’ve never done anything. You’ve never accomplished anything. The only thing you’ve ever done is seduce famous men. And let me tell you why you’re such a despicable person,” Strickland said.

“Everybody has gone and forgotten about this. We’ve accepted Ian and we’ve accepted you. . . and then you bring this back up and tarnish your husband’s name.” Strickland accused Layla Machado of attracting attention at the cost of her husband’s reputation. Unfortunately for the couple, ‘Tarzan’ isn’t the only UFC fighter he have to worry about.

One at middleweight, one at welterweight, Garry has enemies

Ian Garry has managed to find rivals to worry about in multiple weight classes including his own. Sean Strickland is still a fight that may take a while to arrange if Garry actually decides to act on his previous intention of going to middleweight just to fight him.

However, Colby Covington is right there. In a recent turn of events, Ian Garry asked Covington to participate in an ‘I quit’ matchup like the WWE where one of them has to say “I quit” and then retire from the sport. Clearly, Garry wants to up the stakes.

Covington, however, declined the terms calling them unrealistic but gave Garry some conditions and a potential fight. The conditions included turning the comments on the social media on as well as an apology video from his wife. Perhaps Sean Strickland is a better alternative. Or is he? What are your thoughts?
