Henry Cejudo, a two-time champion, and now, a father of two. Earlier this year, the former UFC star announced the pregnancy of his partner Ana Carolina. And now, the two welcome their newborn into the world with many fans and stars pouring their affection.

In a recent Instagram post, Cejudo announced the arrival of his son. The former fighter only recently lost his sister and that hurt him like nothing else. However, the birth of his son put things into “perspective” for him. Here is how fans and fellow UFC alumni reacted to it.

Cejudo announced on Instagram that his new son will be called Enzo. He was beyond thrilled to welcome him and couldn’t be happier. The former champion wrote a long caption on Instagram explaining his feelings regarding his new son.

“Help us welcome our handsome little boy Enzo Carlos Cejudo. Life goes by so quick! I still remember vivid memories of me being a toddler. Welcoming another human with the beautiful little girl that we’ve been blessed with is beyond words. As parents we have to make sure we guide them with faith, truth and love. Losing my sister last month and the birth of our son puts life into perspective. We are all passengers in this world so let’s have the best trip ever! Welcome to this world Enzo.”

Bringing in a new life after facing such a devastating loss only shows Cejudo’s constantly changing life. However, he embraces it all with joy and love. Of course, his fans had to reciprocate with the same love. Here are some of the best reactions from Instagram:

Others poured in their congratulations and this included a special announcer.

“Happy for you guys! The future world champ Enzo”

“Congratulationsssssss!!!” announced Bruce Buffer and one can’t help but hear his signature style of speaking.

“Congratulations hermano!!” said Kevin Gastelum in the comments.

Finally, some fans congratulated and welcomed Cejudo’s son, Enzo.

Clearly, fans are over the moon with the new baby. Now, with two children resting on his shoulder, Cejudo has a chance of creating a legacy like no other: one of a great champion, and an even better father.

Did Cejudo retire?

After being a champion in two divisions, Henry Cejudo thought it best to let go of the UFC. However, things would turn out very different very soon. Cejudo announced that he’d be returning to the Octagon to fight Aljamain Sterling at UFC 288.

He lost that fight and it looked like it made him rethink things. Currently, it seems that the fighter is mulling over retirement. Will he leave the Octagon once again? It’s not known yet. His bout against Marlon Vera had to be canceled when Cejudo pulled out due to a persistent shoulder injury. Will we see him in the cage again? Time will tell.
