Mark Zuckerberg can fight. That is not just an empty statement, it’s a testament to his unyielding resume in combat sports. This is not to say that he’s going to dethrone Islam Makhachev anytime soon. But he did want to dethrone Elon Musk off something, a fight that has seemingly fizzled out. That said, you should all pay close attention to the man who has already changed the world once.

The 39-year-old has been wanting to get into the fighting business for a while and truthfully, he could afford to just buy a promotion. But Zuck has other ideas, ambitions, if you will. And those ambitions seem to be heading right into a cage.

If not Musk, who does Zuckerberg want to fight?

A few months ago, it just seemed like the Meta CEO just wanted a piece of Elon Musk. It was a logical choice. Both men are billionaires, eccentric, Musk a tad more than Zuckerberg, perhaps. Musk did flirt with the idea a bit after ‘Zuck’ proposed it, but after months of jabs and crosses thrown over Twitter, ‘Zuck’ had to resign from the idea since he came to the conclusion that Musk wasn’t really interested in a fight.

Well, for starters, Zuckerberg wanted a simple MMA fight. Musk, however, had ideas of grandeur. He wanted the fight to take place in the city of Rome, Italy and he wanted to stream the whole thing on X. ‘Zuck’ seemed cool with most of it, before calling out the Tesla CEO for talking about everything under the sun except an actual date for the fight.

However, given the video evidence we have seen of Zuckerberg training with Alexander Volkanvski and Israel Adesanya, Musk should be worried, if that fight were to happen.

Zuckerberg trains jiu-jitsu with Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanvski

Since moving on from Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg has been talking about getting into the octagon. And this time around, he wants a piece of a real professional mixed martial artist. So he’s been training. And since this video of him practising Jiu-Jitsu with Izzy and Volk and their team has resurfaced, people have been talking about how good the Meta CEO actually looks.

And to be fair, they are not wrong. Zuckerberg looks to be in fighting shape. He seems to have a certain level of skills, which could have improved since this is an older video and a long time has passed since then.

Actually, most of them still want to talk about why Elon Musk definitely didn’t want this fight. They seem pretty sure that Zuckerberg, with his impressive skills and dedication to the sport, would carve Musk right up.

This is one of the more creative responses.

Meanwhile, some fans would like to see Jeff Bezos get it on with Zuck.

Some other fans believe they know how Elon would react to this video.

However, most people just wanted to talk about how great Zuck is doing.

Yup, that was a Batman comparison, that last tweet. All that said, this particular event was on nobody’s card.

‘Izzy’ is a WWE fan. He even did the Undertaker entrance at UFC 276. So, it’s not surprising, he went for an RKO. Of all the people involved, it was surely he who could have pulled that ‘diamond cutter’ off without risking anybody’s life and limbs. In all honesty, it would be surreal to see Mark Zuckerberg actually get into an octagon and fight for real. No gimmicks, nothing, just a good old-fashioned gladiatorial battle. Do you agree?
