Mitchell is an excellent grappler and is also a decently equipped striker. Out of the 14 wins in his career, nine of his wins have been via submission.

‘Junior’ is far more advanced in his striking ability and is one of the best kickers in the UFC. His Muay Thai & Kickboxing skills come into play, which makes him extremely dangerous on his feet. However, Barboza isn’t the best when the fights go on the mat.
