It’s not an easy task for a Karate Combat fighter to impress someone like Joe Rogan. The JRE host has often commented on the shortcomings of the promotion. However, Karate Combat 45 had a match that left the UFC color commentator in total awe. It was indeed the fight between Eddie Farrell and Raymond Daniels, where Farrell secured a unanimous decision win. But it was his knee strikes that put him up in the headlines and impressed Rogan.

Back in 2022, when Farrell marked his comeback after a 3-year-long hiatus and fought Parinya M U Den, Rogan sent a text to Farrell and wrote, “That’s f—ing awesome.” Needless to say, the Muay Thai fighter was left flabbergasted. Getting Rogan to reach out to him was nothing short of an achievement for the Australian. He replied, “Cheers mate haha.” However, his performance against Daniels back in April 2024 greatly impressed Rogan. And all the 57-year-old podcaster had to say was, “Congrats! That was a fun fight.” No wonder Farrell’s training with Khalil Rountree Jr. bore sweet fruits.

Farrell, after about 6 months, took to Instagram to share the proud moment. He posted a screenshot of the conversation with Rogan and captioned the post with a desire to appear on the JRE. But he didn’t forget to give the rightful credit to his opponent as well. He wrote, “Proud moment to be a Muay Thai fighter getting a congrats from @joerogan after @karatecombat “Muay Thai Vs Karate” vs @rd_goat Thanks mate, would love to come on the show one day and let our crazy stories loose.”

As soon as the Muay Thai star shared the heartfelt moment on social media, the fight fans took to the comments section to reveal their thoughts. And trust me, the entire world was excited about Farrell’s achievement and Joe Rogan’s gesture.

Well done.” Another fan commented, “Boss level attained.” One more fan added, “Good effort that bro haha 19.5 million followers and he’s he’s messaged you.”

A few fans claimed this was the recognition that every single fighter craves. A fan commented, “Sick. That’s literally the recognition we all want haha and you got it you karnt haha.” Meanwhile, another fan praised the Australian fighter while listening to a recent JRE episode. The comment read, “Just saw this post as I’m listening to the Ryan Graves JRE episode, haha. Super dope, man. I would be stoked to get a message like that, haha.”

Nevertheless, the fighting community kept urging the UFC color commentator to feature Farrell on his talk show. One fan wrote, “@joerogan get him on the show.” Another fan claimed, “Yess your story is worth The JRE!” A few fans even believed, “A generational episode that would be.” Needless to say, getting featured in the Joe Rogan Experience was nothing short of a massive boost to one’s popularity. And that could even help Farrell find his way to the Octagon.
