As UFC 270 comes closer, fans are excited to see yet another event with amazing fights. The event will also observe Francis Ngannou defending his title for the first time. The heavyweight fighter defeated Stipe Miocic at UFC 260 to become the champion. Now, at UFC 270, it is time he defends his belt.

Ngannou will be seen facing another incredible heavyweight, Ciryl Gane. What makes this fight rather interesting is that both the athletes used to be training partners. However, after Ngannou’s fallout with his former coach, Fernand Lopez, there have been tensions between the fighters too. While Ngannou and Gane have no issues with each other, the fact that Gane is trained by Lopez makes this a very important fight for the champion.
