The Superstar was recently spotted engaging in a grueling training session. In the video, we can see the actor sparring with a professional British MMA fighter by the name of Jack McGann.

No, Hardy is not just showing off his superior boxing skills, but he is learning action moves to prepare for his role in Venom 2.

The British actor is really passionate about the sport of Mixed Martial Arts and also shows vocal support for his friend and sparring partner Jack McGann.

McGann is a young and bright MMA prospect, who currently competes in local British MMA promotions. Tom Hardy has from time to time posted videos on social media to urge his fans to support his friend McGann.

Warrior starring Tom Hardy is getting a sequel featuring Daniel Cormier

Almost a decade ago, Tom Hardy starred in Warrior as an MMA brawler by the name of Tommy Riordan. It was, without doubt, one of the best MMA movies ever produced. Although the movie couldn’t perform well at the box office, it won every MMA fan’s heart.

Now, the film is in talks for a sequel. However, it won’t be a film, but a TV show and the makers have already signed a deal with UFC legend and double champion Daniel Cormier.

Reportedly, Cormier will play a pivotal character in the production. The TV series will feature four MMA fighters. Two male and two female characters, who come from different backdrops of society and find their solace within MMA. If real, it will be a dream come true moment for every MMA fan.
