In a conversation with retired MMA fighter Gina Carano, Rogan shared he thought Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, would make a great President. The podcaster admired what DeSantis has done for ‘The Sunshine State’ so far.

While the standup comedian admitted DeSantis was not perfect, he lauded his efforts. However, Ron DeSantis is not the only person the UFC commentator thinks would make a great President for the country.

Much before thinking DeSantis would make an excellent President, Rogan was of the opinion that WWE star and Hollywood actor, Dwayne Johnson, would be a good pick for the important position.

Back in June 2020, Rogan took to Twitter and Instagram to express this thought. He wrote, “GOOD. The great and powerful @jockowillink returns to the podcast today to talk about the leadership crisis we’re facing and about how @therock should be president.”

“Among other things. I enjoyed the f*ck out of it and I hope you do too.”

His social media posts came from the discussions he had with Jocko Willink on episode #1492 of his podcast.

Apart from being a celebrated public figure, ‘The Rock‘ has also spoken about several pressing issues. Hence, it wouldn’t be surprising for his fans to want to see him as the President.

Joe Rogan: His discussions about Presidents

While the UFC’s veteran commentator has spoken about people who would make good Presidents, he has also spoken about former US President, Donald Trump and current President, Joe Biden.
